A BIT ABOUT ME
My name is Austin Salisbury and I have been personal training and coaching group fitness classes in the Redding area since 2016.  After high school I joined the navy to become an aviation rescue swimmer and staying active became a vital part of my job and staying in shape became a necessary habit.  After leaving the navy in 2015, I continued to train and compete in Crossfit at a high level and I was so excited about it that I decided to share what I have learned with others while coaching at Northstate Crossfit.  As I grow older, I truly realize the importance of staying active not only for myself, but for active longevity with my wife and children.  This is why  I have now started to build my own gym community, "Fit Mentality" with my goal of helping people of all ages and ability levels through personal training and small group classes.

CLASSES I OFFER

PERSONAL TRAINING
60 minute 1 on 1 session that includes a specific warmup, full body strength work, cardio, and cool down. Â This program is specifically tailored to each individual to help them meet their goals.
SMALL GROUP CLASS
This class is meant for small groups of 2 to 3 people at a time. Â The class is small enough to have almost individual coaching attention, but the biggest benefit is working out with others and pushing each other through tough workouts. Â Working out in a group is also really fun!
